I don’t normally see these birds around home (central Victoria) but there was a pair checking out a hollow in a tree out front a month or so ago. They are very attractive birds, for sure.

Yes they are. We don’t have as many birds around the house now as we did at the height of the drought, but the lorikeets are always around.
