If she wished for a normal life then wishes do come true – she’s 30 now, married and has 2 lovely sons.

I’m not much of a cook but every now and then I get inspired to create something in the kitchen.
The Australian summer is over but it’s still hot enough to enjoy these Pimm’s and fresh fruit iceblocks that I created. But be quick. They won’t last long.

So, so many options with this one. Just as I was about to post my selection I changed my mind.
This is the amazing Falkirk Wheel which connects the Forth and Clyde Canal with the Union Canal in Scotland.
In 2007, when Mum and I were in London, we visited Kensington Palace. In the gardens, they were creating a memorial to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Lady Diana’s death. Visitors were invited to create a gold leave flower to contribute to the memorial. As you will see from my hair, it was quite windy and a bit of a challenge because gold leaf is very flimsy, but we managed to apply it and place our flowers.
